Summary
Synopsis I (Female Lead A’s Perspective)
Wen Yuan always firmly believed she would manifest as a Beta. That is, until the day she decided to confess to her “God” (crush).
On that very day, she was bitten by the top student in her grade—the little “Study God”—and manifested into an Alpha. During this process, Wen Yuan suddenly realized she was actually a short-lived female cannon fodder in an ABO romance novel.
In the book, the “God” uses the cannon fodder to make the female lead jealous. The cannon fodder eventually turns villainous and gets written out of the story within two chapters.
Newly awakened, Wen Yuan immediately decided: Stay away from trashy men! Study hard! Be an excellent salted fish!
However, facing her neglected schoolwork, Wen Yuan wanted to cry. Fortunately, the little Study God, Chu Yihan—feeling guilty for biting her—patiently began tutoring her.
Wen Yuan always thought Chu Yihan was a gentle, kind little lamb. It wasn’t until she was “completely drained” that she realized: What kind of lamb is this?! This is a big bad wolf in sheep’s clothing!
