A Villainous Female Supporting Character’s Foil Is Defying Fate And Changing Her Destiny

The two female leads are rivals in the early stages.

Free-spirited, unrestrained, secretly scheming senior sister × Cold, aloof, proud, and sharp-tongued junior sister who lets her actions speak louder than words

Shi Cimo is straight. After transmigrating into a novel, she seals off her heart completely, renouncing love and romance.

All because she's transmigrated into the role of a vicious cannon-fodder character who serves as a foil to the female lead—the kind who constantly schemes against the heroine out of jealousy, only to suffer revenge and be utterly annihilated in the end.

And the whole "foil" thing is painfully literal. She and the female lead are bound together by fate: whenever one of them has good fortune, the other is bound to suffer terrible luck.

Shi Cimo: ??? Are you kidding me?

To stay alive, Shi Cimo has no choice but to disguise her appearance, change her name, and conceal her identity. She becomes the Law Enforcement Elder's second disciple, pretending to be an untouchable, aloof beauty with a perpetually indifferent expression.

As a rather petty "villain," she finds absolutely everything about the female lead irritating.

And so, thanks to her relentless efforts, the female lead, who has been caught breaking the rules thirteen times, is finally sent to the Cold Pool for punishment.

Shi Cimo secretly plots to ambush the female lead while she's weak, hoping to reverse her own fortune by taking advantage of the other's misfortune. Thus, she launches a nighttime raid on the Cold Pool.

But she happens to catch the female lead bathing in the spring. The woman in the pool has completely shed her clothes, looking languid, radiant, and irresistibly alluring.

Shi Cimo freezes, staring at the female lead's incredibly voluptuous figure…

Shi "Straight Woman" Cimo "Renounced All Love and Desire": What a show-off. But damn, what a sight.

It isn't until many years later, when Shi Cimo finds herself pinned down, that the other woman leisurely looks her up and down and chuckles. "Junior Sister Cimo, how come you're even more well-endowed than I am?"

Shi Cimo: …

Song Che is the Tianyan Sect Master's final direct disciple, a heaven-favored genius who has left everyone else in the dust ever since she first embarked on the path of cultivation.

Everything has always gone smoothly for her. She grew up adored and pampered by everyone around her, never experiencing much hardship. Yet she ends up stumbling over Shi Cimo, that hopelessly dense block of wood who doesn't understand romance.

They met and came to know each other in their youth, and Song Che had already fallen hopelessly in love. Little did she know that all her flirtatious glances were being wasted on someone completely oblivious.

During class, she folds a paper crane and drops it onto Shi Cimo's book, hoping to make her smile. Instead, Shi Cimo immediately reports her, earning Song Che a punishment of copying texts a hundred times.

She deliberately wanders over to the Law Enforcement Hall to find Shi Cimo, only to get beaten black and blue and spend the next two days recovering in bed.

Shi Cimo is like a block of ice that no amount of warmth can melt. She's indifferent to everyone, but she treats Song Che a little differently—by utterly despising her.

Song Che, too, grows increasingly irritated by this consistently harsh attitude. The two become notorious rivals throughout the Tianyan Sect.

That night at the Cold Pool, she never expected Shi Cimo to be so ruthless, stabbing her in the back without the slightest hesitation.

Watching the other's retreating figure, which shows not even a trace of reluctance to leave,

Song Che: …

Song Che: I've fallen for her all over again.
