Summary
Synopsis:
Gu Xiaoting transmigrated into an old-school, melodramatic “dog blood” tragedy.
She became the “Number One Contributor” to all the obstacles preventing the male and female leads from being together—the vicious supporting female lead.
In the original story, her character was a “fake heiress” who spent three years moonlighting as a body double (stand-in) for the protagonist’s true love. She was willing, hardworking, and uncomplaining… only to end up meeting a gruesome death with no corpse left intact.
Gu Xiaoting: “…?”
The first thing Gu Xiaoting did upon opening her eyes was kick the scumbag male lead to the curb.
Coincidentally, the “White Moonlight” had just returned to the country. The outside world assumed the scumbag had dumped Gu Xiaoting. Her indignant best friend dragged her along to demand an explanation, finding the White Moonlight and the scumbag together.
While her friend was shaking with rage, the previously bored Gu Xiaoting suddenly perked up. She turned her head excitedly: “Do you think there’s a chance the scumbag’s White Moonlight is into girls?”
Friend: “?”
Gu Xiaoting lowered her head shyly: “She’s just so beautiful.”
Friend: “???”
Wake up! That’s your fucking love rival!!! Why the hell are you acting shy toward her?!

One-sentence summary: The vicious female lead and the White Moonlight actually ended up together!!
Theme: Human nature is inherently good. Even “vicious” supporting characters have the chance to become better; they are all wonderful people.
