Amnesia Trap (GL) - Chapter 36
Perhaps because this stormy night was so dark, the warmth of skin touching skin felt like it was ironing straight into the heart.
As soon as the thought of making Ji Qingfan blush surfaced, Sheng Zhi couldn’t help but recall how Ji Qingfan’s eyes had welled up with thin tears when she kissed her earlier.
At that time, Ji Qingfan’s face was very red, her eye corners were flushed with a vibrant color, and she trembled all over in Sheng Zhi’s arms.
Her thoughts became increasingly scattered. She also recalled what Ji Qingfan had personally explained about why she couldn’t take it, and the lingering damp sensation on her thigh after Ji Qingfan got up from her lap in the conference room…
Was she truly overwhelmed, or was it an act?
Just then, Ji Qingfan suddenly spoke, interrupting her chaotic thoughts, “Zhi Zhi, are you hot?”
After asking this, and before Sheng Zhi could answer, she spoke as if she had realized something, murmuring to herself: “It’s true, the air conditioning can’t be on because the power is out, and it’s raining, so it might be a bit stuffy. Does it make you hot when I hold you like this?”
She asked with sincere concern, but her body leaned further forward, softly and vaguely rubbing her cheek against the face of the person in her arms.
Sheng Zhi’s breathing became slightly restricted from the rubbing, but the chaotic thoughts that had been interrupted came rushing back.
She suddenly felt Ji Qingfan shouldn’t be called Ji Qingfan; she should be called Ji Cheese, full of cunning, constantly seducing and hooking.
She even asked if Sheng Zhi was hot. She might as well have spelled out her intentions.
Not having experience didn’t mean she was entirely clueless, but the main reason was that she felt no interest in anyone else. Yet, when she linked that imagery to Ji Qingfan, it felt distinctly different.
However…
Upon feeling something increasingly prominent graze her cheek during those few moments of closeness, Sheng Zhi couldn’t help but feel a surge of shame.
“Stop rubbing against me.” She swatted her hand, angry and embarrassed. It was accidental, but it happened to pass right over…
Not only Ji Qingfan’s reaction, but Sheng Zhi also felt it.
She was even more mortified for a moment, but her voice of reprimand took on a delicate edge due to her embarrassment, “Ji Qingfan, are you a dog? I said stop rubbing against me.”
The reprimanding slap landed on soft skin, the clear sound bringing a blush to the face.
Ji Qingfan let out a soft “Mm.” Hearing the reprimand, she didn’t deny it; instead, she actively held out her hand for Sheng Zhi to touch, “But I want to keep holding and coaxing Zhi Zhi to sleep all night. Why don’t you hit the other side, too?”
Sheng Zhi had absolutely not expected Ji Qingfan to say such a thing.
Feeling Ji Qingfan press closer, she struggled to form words.
How could Ji Qingfan be so, so…
While she was indignant, the desire to see Ji Qingfan blush, to bully her until her eyes were red with tears, became even stronger in her mind.
Sheng Zhi mercilessly slapped the other side, too.
Ji Qingfan’s body trembled, seemingly in pain, and a sound involuntarily escaped her lips. She seemed to be trying to pull back slightly.
Sensing her attempt to retreat, Sheng Zhi was dissatisfied. She added a little force, pinching and fondling, “Why are you pulling away? You asked for this. Hold still.”
She could feel that the atmosphere and their actions had taken on a different flavor, but the gradually spreading excitement made her unwilling to stop.
Moreover, Ji Qingfan had asked for this herself. People must take responsibility for their words, so even being treated like this was just Ji Qingfan reaping what she sowed.
Emotions swirled and resonated in her heart.
Finally, Sheng Zhi felt that Ji Qingfan seemed close to tears. Her voice sounded distressed and restrained. Sheng Zhi reached to touch her eye corner, and it was indeed wet.
“You’re crying already?” As she said this, what she was thinking was that Ji Qingfan was too good at enduring. She was probably hating Sheng Zhi in her heart but had to hold back to keep up the pretense.
Sheng Zhi wanted to see how long she could endure.
“Ooh…” The area that had been pinched and fondled seemed slightly swollen, and it sounded just as pitiful as the broken, intermittent sounds near her ear.
And because it was inconvenient, the ribbon ties had been undone and pulled down, leaving the nightgown in complete disarray.
It’s a pity the lights aren’t working.
Sheng Zhi was genuinely curious about the pathetic state Ji Qingfan must be in right now.
She thought Ji Qingfan’s face must be very red at this moment, whether from anger or shame, given that her eyes were already wet.
Sheng Zhi paused for a few seconds after speaking, and Ji Qingfan still didn’t respond. Sheng Zhi wasn’t too surprised, figuring Ji Qingfan probably didn’t feel like talking to her right now.
But the more she realized this, the more persistent and mean she became, saying, “Don’t fix your clothes. Didn’t you say you wanted to coax me to sleep? Coax me like this, then. Or were you just saying that casually to humor me?”
She hooked the undone ribbon tie of Ji Qingfan’s nightgown with her finger.
Blatant bullying.
The colors of the night certainly obscured too much, so much so that she completely failed to notice that Ji Qingfan’s expression was far more excited than her own.
Ji Qingfan opened her mouth and gasped, afraid she wouldn’t be able to control her voice, and even more afraid that Sheng Zhi would realize she was actually enjoying it and would stop “bullying” her.
Above her full lips, her cheeks were peach-pink. The flush extended all the way to her eye corners, so vibrant it created an overpowering, beautiful sense of decay.
Sheng Zhi touched her eye corner, and thin, moist tears slipped down.
But as she wiped away the visible tears, new moisture emerged from a place unknown.
Sheng Zhi played with the thin ribbon tie, wrapping it around her finger. She thought Ji Qingfan would need some time to compose herself before continuing the act.
Especially when she was so obviously being difficult.
But to her surprise, Ji Qingfan quickly pressed close and hugged her, her voice still somewhat unsteady as she explained, “I wasn’t trying to humor Zhi Zhi. I would never humor Zhi Zhi, never.”
Even though she was used to Ji Qingfan casually saying such affectionate lies, knowing they were false still made her feel a little strange.
She didn’t respond to the statement, changing the subject instead, “How are you planning to coax me to sleep?”
Ji Qingfan suddenly kissed her ear, her breath soft and warm, “Zhi Zhi, do you want to hear me sing? You used to love it. Maybe hearing it will help you remember something.”
Sing?
Sheng Zhi automatically ignored the part where she mentioned that she used to love it, “Then sing. I’ll listen.”
Ji Qingfan softened her voice and began to hum.
Her voice was beautiful, and she sang very well.
Sheng Zhi couldn’t name the song, only perceiving a very gentle melody.
She had planned to challenge her further, but listening to the song genuinely started to make her feel sleepy.
The embrace was soft and warm, and the equally gentle singing infinitely prolonged this feeling, giving her a great sense of security.
Sensing the person in her arms gradually falling asleep, Ji Qingfan’s voice grew softer and softer until Sheng Zhi was fast asleep.
The person sleeping in her arms was completely defenseless.
Ji Qingfan wasn’t sleepy at all. She held her, couldn’t help but press her lips against Sheng Zhi’s lips, her voice light, like a whisper, filled with irresistible passion, “Zhi Zhi, my good Zhi Zhi, I love you so much.”
She kissed her, trying to comfort herself.
The moisture clung to her voice, made tangible.
Sheng Zhi was sleeping so soundly, so sweetly.
So at ease, with absolutely no defenses against her.
“What am I going to do, Zhi Zhi? You’re acting as if you’re indulging me. I’m going to become too much.” Ji Qingfan sighed tenderly, her tone full of pity, yet her actions became increasingly unrestrained, just like her words.
Sheng Zhi had deliberately prevented her from tidying her nightgown to tease her, hoping to make her feel ashamed, but she didn’t realize this only made things easier for Ji Qingfan.
Ji Qingfan gently held her hand.
She softly stroked it from the fingertips to the base, like a feather brushing over it. Like painting with watercolor, she didn’t make any sudden movements, afraid of waking her. But just imagining things this way in secret was enough to excite her beyond measure.
How could she know—she didn’t know—that if she just reached down a little further, she would discover Sheng Zhi was only wearing the nightgown.
And nothing underneath.
The possessiveness, so intense it was almost suffocating, could only be displayed now. A beautiful work of art, every stroke applied was filled with her covetousness and love.
In the dimly lit room, aside from the rain outside, there was only the sound of the woman’s excited and passionate breathing and other softer, embarrassing sounds, “I really, truly love you so much…”
