Summary
Synopsis:
A sickly scum Alpha who coughs up blood with every step [Chu Ci] vs. a two-faced, icy Omega [Jian Sui].
Chu Ci spent her entire life suffering in a hospital bed. When her heart rate flatlined, she was supposed to die but instead found herself transmigrated into a classic, melodramatic Yuri ABO novel called “Captive Love.” She became the universally reviled scum Alpha with the same name as her, and was bound to a system that demanded she physically and emotionally torment the main character.
The original novel was essentially a catalog of criminal acts. The original host, the scum Alpha, was the heir to a top-tier wealthy family. Using her power and status, she forcefully married the protagonist, Jian Sui. After getting what she wanted, she grew bored, ran off on their wedding night, and then frequently cheated on her. She subjected the protagonist to extreme humiliation, forced markings, and was so twisted and deranged that she pushed the boundaries of cruelty.
Fortunately, when Chu Ci transmigrated, the story had just begun. The original host had just forced Jian Sui into marriage and hadn’t yet committed any crimes, giving Chu Ci a chance to turn over a new leaf.
However, Chu Ci’s relief didn’t last a second. The system’s cold warning echoed in her mind.
The blasted system demanded that Chu Ci physically and emotionally abuse the protagonist. No matter what method she used, as long as Jian Sui suffered and her disgust for Chu Ci increased, Chu Ci’s health would improve. The reverse was also true.
Chu Ci, who had never even killed an ant in her life, couldn’t bear to hurt the “poor little white flower” Omega protagonist from the novel. She tried to refuse, but her plea was rejected. She could only pretend to comply while doing the opposite, and as a result, her illness worsened. Then one day, she coughed up a mouthful of blood and noticed that the progress bar, which had been stuck for a long time, had actually increased!
Upon discovering this life-saving secret, Chu Ci began to torment herself mercilessly. Once she had almost completely wrecked her own body and the abuse level was met, she planned to fake her death and leave the story.
That same day, as she lay in the protagonist’s arms, she watched Jian Sui cry and beg her not to die. It was then that she realized the progress bar had been increasing not from Jian Sui’s disgust, but from her genuine distress and affection.

Jian Sui’s Perspective:
Jian Sui always knew Chu Ci was not a good person, but she had no choice due to her family’s impending bankruptcy. Chu Ci’s ridiculous behavior of not returning home on their wedding night only confirmed her suspicions.
But it didn’t matter. Jian Sui wasn’t someone who could be easily pushed around. Yet, just as she was on guard, alert, and ready for the worst, she found that the outcome… was quite unexpected.
