Willow on the Palace Wall (Lily ABO) - Chapter 1
001: Outdoor Masturbation
No one was willing to believe that the Great Yan Dynasty’s eldest imperial princess, Su Ce, was not an Alpha.
At 14, she led 300 brave soldiers to fight a force of 30,000 from the Great Liang Dynasty. Her troop formations were so brilliant and precise that she held the enemy back for a full hour and a half, until reinforcements arrived.
At 16, she volunteered for border duty. In less than three years, she quelled the conflict, opened up trade, and even arranged marriages. The suffering common folk spontaneously sculpted a golden statue of the Bodhisattva in her likeness, and its incense burned intensely.
As for her feats in battle, charging into the midst of a legion of soldiers to take the head of a top general was as easy as reaching into her pocket; not a single drop of blood would even splash onto her white armor.
And then there was that face, beautiful as if carved from ice and jade. For such a person to not be an Alpha, but a Beta?
Su Ce lacked the usual feminine scents of a Beta woman and the soft jingling of hairpins and jewelry. Instead, she was surrounded by a strong, lingering scent of blood, even more potent than the pheromones of a normal Alpha, and the dull, muted clanging of metal armor.
“General, I have an urgent report!” The one who burst into the tent was Su Yuandao, an Alpha who had grown up alongside Su Ce since childhood.
“The grain promised for delivery yesterday still hasn’t arrived. I sent out scouts to investigate, but there’s been no news. General, our supplies will only last for three more days.”
He complained with a bitter face, then glanced around the tent. Seeing no one else, he relaxed completely. “Eldest Princess, I don’t think this is right. The one in the Eastern Palace must have deliberately…”
Su Ce, who had been writing with a brush, looked up. A hint of helplessness was in her eyes. Her downward-sloping almond eyes, which always carried a touch of innocence, were the one thing about her that resembled a Beta.
“I’ve told you many times, don’t call me ‘princess’ in the military camp. This isn’t home.”
“There’s no one else here, anyway,” Sun Yuandao was only two months younger than Su Ce, but he was far more childish compared to her always-composed demeanor. “Don’t you believe me? The Crown Prince took on the troublesome task of procuring grain just to make you bend the knee!”
Su Ce used the end of her brush to tap the space between Sun Yuandao’s eyebrows and smiled. “You certainly know a lot.”
“Of course! The Crown Prince may be the legitimate heir and the future ruler, but his birth mother, the Empress, died early. Now the Imperial Noble Consort has the Emperor’s complete favor, and her elder brother is the Right Chancellor. On top of that, her biological son, the Sixth Prince, differentiated into an Alpha during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The Crown Prince must be panicking. Didn’t he even ask the Imperial Noble Consort to introduce you to a distant Alpha? I heard that guy is an idiot, but his looks are…”
“Enough, enough. You’re giving me a headache.” Su Ce sealed the letter she had written and handed it to Sun Yuandao. “Take this letter to Lord Qi before tonight. Go yourself, and be quick, understand?”
“Yes, my Princess!” Sun Yuandao was about to leave but stopped at the tent’s entrance. He couldn’t help but rub his nose. “That Pr… no, General. The scent of blood on you is too strong. Did you secretly kill someone again to relax?”
By the time the inkstone flew at him, Sun Yuandao had already run far away, laughing.
Su Ce’s smile vanished before it even reached her eyes. She wasn’t worried about the missing grain; she had long since planned a solution. But the other thing that was supposed to arrive with the grain… Su Ce worried it might be too late.
Su Ce slipped out of the camp while the soldiers were resting. When she wanted to be, she was undetectable to anyone.
She needed to bathe in the small, clear spring hidden in a mountain hollow behind the camp.
She had been the first to discover it and had told no one. Just as she had told no one that she was actually an Omega.
Her heat was fast approaching, but her pheromone-suppressing tonic was already gone. Her scent was becoming impossible to hide.
She threw the last of her clothes on the ground and unfastened the wide cloth binding her chest. Her soft breasts were finally free, springing forward.
Su Ce let out a long sigh of relief, sliding into the water like a silver fish.
In the moonlight, she splashed the spring water over her body. Her breasts quivered on the water’s surface, indescribably alluring.
Su Ce looked down. Her nipples hardened from the cold water. She hesitantly touched them, kneading them. Pleasure made her gasp, and a blush crept up her face. She tried to stop, but the impending heat made her yearn for it.
The simple act of playing with her nipples made Su Ce, leaning against the rock, bite her lip. The moonlight shone like water, leaving no place for her need and satisfaction to hide.
Outdoor masturbation beneath the open sky felt a little too much for Su Ce, but the excitement caused her to tremble uncontrollably, sending ripples outward from her body.
Soon, Su Ce was not satisfied. Her hand moved downward, searching beneath the water’s surface. But just as her hand was about to dive into the spring, her ears caught the sound of a heavy gasp!
Author’s Note:
I’ve dug a new hole! A new story, that is!
This is my first time trying a historical genre, so please bear with me.
