A Pillowside Moon (Sisters ABO) - Chapter 11
The clock pointed to five thirty. Employees of Moon Corporation gradually left work, but Liu Chuhan remained immovable behind her desk, occupied with paperwork and showing no intention of going home.
She had not returned home for three days.
Her rut had left her with a considerable backlog of unfinished documents. For the past several nights, she had simply slept in the office lounge.
As darkness deepened, Liu Chuhan removed her gold-rimmed glasses and pinched the bridge of her nose. A trace of exhaustion colored her normally cool features.
Having finally reached a stopping point, she shut down her computer and turned her chair toward the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows. She stared at the thousands of lights outside for a long time, countless thoughts occupying her mind.
Her refusal to go home…was partly an attempt to escape.
She was afraid that seeing her sister would force her to confront the fact that they had committed incest.
Remembering those three chaotic, debauched days, Liu Chuhan sighed despondently. She truly did not know what to do.
Perhaps her rut had clouded her judgment, or perhaps it had awakened the secret desires buried in her heart. Either way, she had ultimately allowed her sister to seduce her into marking her, making Liu Changxi entirely her Omega.
Liu Chuhan stared absently through the window, lost in thought.
Although a mark could be removed, judging by her sister’s behavior during those three days, Liu Changxi would never agree to have it erased.
If anything, being marked by her sister had been her objective from the beginning.
Liu Chuhan involuntarily remembered the seductive and shameless Liu Changxi from those days. She remembered how boldly her sister had tempted her, the bone-melting sweetness of her moans, her weak and tearful pleas for mercy, and the tightness that had clung to Liu Chuhan and refused to let her pull out…
Liu Chuhan inhaled deeply and forced herself to stop thinking.
Every time those memories returned, she felt worried, guilty, and helpless. Countless conflicting emotions filled her heart, yet none could suppress the faint attraction stirring in its deepest recesses.
Liu Chuhan could not deceive herself.
Even now, while completely lucid—neither drugged by her sister nor driven senseless by her rut—even while knowing perfectly well that Liu Changxi was her closest blood relative, her heart still raced because of her.
Liu Chuhan was ashamed of herself. Now that she was clearheaded, she did not know how to face the sister she had marked.
She simply did not dare go home.
But Liu Changxi had no intention of allowing her to escape.
For every day Liu Chuhan remained at the company, Liu Changxi called her. She never demanded to know why her sister refused to come home. She merely reminded Liu Chuhan calmly and obediently to rest properly before asking when she would finish her work.
Liu Chuhan did not want to hurt her. Her voice remained gentle, but the answer she gave was always indefinite.
“I still have plenty of work. I’ll come home once I’ve finished.”
Liu Changxi never continued pestering her. She merely murmured her acknowledgment and ended the call.
It happened every day for three consecutive days.
These quiet responses differed drastically from Liu Changxi’s passionate demands during their heat. Liu Chuhan could not determine her sister’s attitude and did not dare ask, so she continued delaying her return.
What if…her sister regretted it?
That possibility repeatedly surfaced in Liu Chuhan’s mind. Feeling increasingly agitated, she rubbed between her brows and released a long sigh.
She had far too many concerns and could not untangle even her own thoughts.
Night had already fallen completely. Without noticing, Liu Chuhan had remained sitting rigidly for a very long time.
She was clearly destined to spend another night away from home.
Glancing at the time, Liu Chuhan discovered that it was nearly ten. She froze, and a hint of alarm appeared in her eyes.
Her sister ordinarily called around this hour, yet her phone had remained completely silent tonight.
Had something happened to Changxi?
Or…had she finally grown tired of calling?
The thought immediately made Liu Chuhan restless. She pursed her lips and clutched her phone, hesitating for a long time before finally calling her sister.
Ultimately, she was afraid something had happened to Liu Changxi and that her sister, upset with her, would refuse to tell her.
To Liu Chuhan’s astonishment, however, she faintly heard her sister’s ringtone outside her office door.
She wondered whether she was imagining it. Just as she prepared to stand and investigate, the office door suddenly opened.
“I thought you would never call me first again, Sister.”
Wearing a long white dress, Liu Changxi walked naturally into the office. She held her phone in one hand and ended her sister’s call while closing the door with the other.
Then she gave Liu Chuhan a radiant smile.
“Since you refuse to come home, I had no choice but to come here myself.”
Being watched by her smiling sister sent a sudden chill across the back of Liu Chuhan’s neck. Guilt rose inside her.
She did not dare meet Liu Changxi’s gaze and could only look away, explaining feebly, “Just give me another few days, and I’ll—”
“Another few days for you to think everything through and then abandon me?”
Liu Changxi interrupted her.
Tossing her phone aside, she walked around the enormous desk. Before her sister could react, she boldly straddled Liu Chuhan’s lap and wrapped both arms around her neck, forcing her to make eye contact.
Her gaze burned as she enunciated every word.
“Liu Chuhan, don’t even think about it.”
Liu Chuhan’s eyes trembled.
This was the first time her sister had ever addressed her by name.
Liu Chuhan had grown accustomed to hearing the soft, sweet word “Sister.” Now, hearing “Liu Chuhan” spoken with grievance, anger, and possessiveness suddenly seemed to separate them from their identities as sisters.
Liu Changxi was now an adult Omega. She was no longer an innocent child who needed protection.
She possessed a sound mind and clear reason. She understood perfectly well what had happened between them, just as she understood precisely what she wanted.
“I won’t allow you to run away, Sister.” Liu Changxi’s eyes shone intensely as she stared directly at Liu Chuhan. “Do you think you can mark me and then flee? Nothing in this world is that convenient.”
“I…”
Liu Chuhan opened her mouth, wanting to say that she had not intended to flee. But remembering her behavior over the past few days, she realized that her denial would hardly be convincing.
She could only swallow the words.
“You’re my Alpha, Sister.”
Liu Changxi leaned forward until their foreheads touched and their breaths mingled.
“I will never have your mark removed. Don’t even think about abandoning me.”
Her tone was extraordinarily forceful, but the arms around her sister’s neck were trembling slightly.
She was frightened.
Noticing this, Liu Chuhan suddenly realized that her sister was genuinely terrified that she would coldly abandon her.
Her heart ached and softened at once.
After hesitating briefly, her affection finally overwhelmed her tangled concerns. Her previously rigid hands slowly rose and gently embraced her sister’s slender body, patting her back reassuringly.
That familiar warmth seeped through the fabric of Liu Changxi’s dress.
She paused, and her tense body finally relaxed. Her forceful demeanor instantly collapsed. Tightening her arms around her sister’s neck, she nuzzled against Liu Chuhan’s embrace and buried her head in the hollow of her neck.
After adjusting into a comfortable position, she became quiet.
They had frequently embraced this intimately in the past, but the gesture now carried a different meaning.
It was no longer merely the affection shared between two close sisters.
Curled in Liu Chuhan’s arms, Liu Changxi asked sullenly, “Why are you avoiding me? I waited three days, but you never gave me an explanation. Do you hate me that much, Sister?”
“How could I possibly hate you?”
Liu Chuhan denied it instinctively. Hearing her sister’s soft laugh, she only then realized what she had admitted and became somewhat embarrassed.
She thought carefully, arranging her words. Some things would be better if discussed openly.
“I simply…don’t know what I should do.”
After their parents died, she and her sister had relied solely upon one another. In Liu Changxi’s eyes, Liu Chuhan had always been the gentle, dependable older sister whom nothing could defeat.
Yet now, even she had no idea how to handle their situation.
She did not know how to face their deceased parents, how to face her sister who had only just become an adult, or how to face her true self.
The self that desired her younger sister.
“What are you afraid of, Sister?”
Liu Changxi sat upright and studied the bewilderment on Liu Chuhan’s face.
“Mom and Dad are dead. They can’t control us. I love you, and I don’t care that we’re related by blood. As for what society thinks, I don’t care about that either.”
Liu Changxi did not believe anything could prevent them from being together.
Beforehand, her sister’s feelings had been her only uncertainty. But after their three-day heat, Liu Changxi knew that Liu Chuhan also desired her.
No matter how thoroughly she had lost control, her sister would never have marked her otherwise.
Liu Changxi had always been obedient, so hearing her voice such rebellious beliefs left Liu Chuhan stunned.
She remained paralyzed by endless doubts, while her younger sister moved forward without hesitation.
“I can’t remain beside you merely as your younger sister while watching other Omegas appear in your life.”
Liu Changxi kept one hand upon her sister’s shoulder while sliding the other from the back of Liu Chuhan’s neck toward her chest.
Her fingertips hooked the tightly fastened collar of Liu Chuhan’s shirt, and she suddenly lowered her eyes with a smile.
“You’re mine, Sister. Therefore, I must be the only Omega allowed by your side.”
Liu Chuhan gazeded at her and gently grasped her wrist, uncertain what she could possibly say.
“Changxi…”
Liu Changxi smiled and suddenly leaned forward to peck her sister’s lips.
“You’re much more adorable in bed, Sister. At least your body is honest.”
Liu Chuhan had been so passionate in bed that she refused to stop even when Liu Changxi cried and begged for mercy. Yet now, she was acting as though they could never cross the boundaries between them.
Sure enough, it was better to handle her sister by simply having sex.
Dragging out a conversation like this would solve nothing.
The atmosphere shifted without warning. Liu Chuhan had not expected her sister to say something so explicit. Her ears immediately burned, and her face filled with embarrassment.
She was about to speak when Liu Changxi suddenly bit her lip.
A sharp pain struck. Liu Chuhan inhaled abruptly, only to see a trace of blood staining her sister’s lips when she retreated.
“This is your punishment, Sister.”
Liu Changxi extended her soft tongue and licked away the droplets of blood, looking irresistibly seductive. Gazing at Liu Chuhan with watery eyes, she continued slowly, “Your mouth is better suited to kissing me. Stop using it to say things I don’t want to hear.”
Her fingertips hooked Liu Chuhan’s collar and tugged lightly. The top button suddenly popped open, exposing her sister’s pale skin.
“We’ve already had sex. Don’t think you can run away,” she whispered.
Liu Chuhan’s breathing stopped.
She raised her eyes toward her sister, only for Liu Changxi to capture her gaze completely.
Despite being a delicate Omega, Liu Changxi resembled a proud, imposing princess as she sat upon her sister’s lap. She made others instinctively want to bow before her, obeying her every command.
And Liu Chuhan was her willing subject.
While she remained dazed, Liu Changxi suddenly placed something in her hand.
Liu Chuhan returned to her senses and instinctively squeezed the small object against her palm. Her sister abruptly whimpered, the sound seductively sweet.
Liu Chuhan froze. Before she could understand what had happened, Liu Changxi whispered through slightly uneven breaths, “Are you that impatient, Sister?”
“…What?”
Liu Chuhan was utterly confused.
In the next instant, Liu Changxi guided her hand directly between her thighs. Copious juices immediately drenched Liu Chuhan’s fingertips, making her entire body stiffen.
She also felt a short, soft cord. Its other end was buried inside her sister’s body, where Liu Chuhan could faintly feel something vibrating.
Liu Chuhan rigidly looked at the small object in her other hand and discovered that it was a controller.
“It’s a remote-controlled vibrating egg,” Liu Changxi said with a soft laugh. “Do you like it, Sister?”
Without waiting for Liu Chuhan’s answer, she leaned forward and bit her earlobe. Her breath was scorching as she whispered, “If you like it, touch me, Sister.”
“I’ve been wet the entire way here.”
