Summary
Synopsis:
Jiang Zao has transmigrated for the third time as the “Real Young Master” in a “switched-at-birth” novel.
The first time, he slaved away for the College Entrance Exam. The second time, he ground his way through Postgraduate Entrance Exams. And now, they want him to grind for the Civil Service Exam?
Jiang Zao: “I work myself to death, and all my achievements are used by the original body to curry favor with the Lin family—people who don’t even care if I’m alive? Am I some kind of saint? Forget it. I’m done.”
Jiang Zao sells his study materials as scrap metal; a life of “slouching” (lying flat) doesn’t require exams.
—But it does require a job.
A senior from his high school days appears before him, smiling as he hands over an offer letter: “Want to come work for me?”

The job the senior offers is to return to their alma mater as a teacher. Jiang Zao originally intended to refuse, but he couldn’t resist the temptation of a 100,000 RMB monthly salary and the freedom to slack off. He takes over Class 19, Grade 11.
There aren’t many students in the class, but every single one is a “problem child”—a group of “trash” who have been given up on by everyone.
Jiang Zao: “Perfect. No one cares, so it doesn’t matter how I teach them. This salary will be easy money.”

Class 19 was known as the “Trash Concentration Camp,” filled with hopeless students. The entire class was like a pool of stagnant water.
Then, someone stepped into that stagnant water and told the group of outcasts: “I don’t care about anything else. Learn or don’t learn, it’s up to you. But in my classroom, two rules: First, no absences. Second, no noise.”
The stagnant water suddenly began to ripple.
To everyone’s shock, since the new head teacher arrived, the “Trash Concentration Camp” underwent a complete makeover.
The daily truancy and skipping classes vanished. Fighting was out of the question. They even—heaven forbid—started studying!
The entire school: “Are these still the same ‘trash’ we know?”
Everyone thought the students’ “reverse scales” (sore spots/rebellion) had been smoothed out. It wasn’t until they saw the Lin couple, attending the school anniversary, being surrounded and mocked by the students—who had reverted to their original fierce nature while carefully shielding their teacher in the center—that they realized: the scales were still there, they were just hidden by the light.
••••
Later, someone organized a “Most Beautiful Teacher” poll. Class 19 campaigned frantically: “Vote for Jiang Zao! Our Teacher Jiang is as beautiful as a painting!”
Others scoffed: “Him? Your fan-filters must be thicker than Teacher Jiang’s glasses.”
That is, until Teacher Jiang took off those nerdy glasses, revealing a face of breathtaking beauty. Only then did they believe—Teacher Jiang really was as beautiful as a painting.
The Public: “Teacher Jiang, marry me!”
The rumored-to-be-unapproachable head of the Rong Family smugly pulled down his collar, revealing a bite mark on his neck: “See this? Xiao Zao bit me.”
