All she saw was a monster glowing red from head to toe, locked in a standoff with Li Ruoyao.

Li Xilian remembered that in the original novel, this monster seemed to be called a Spirit-Devouring Beast. When ordinary cultivators faced it, unless they could suppress it with absolute strength, they would be worn down until their spiritual energy was completely consumed and devoured.
