Synopsis:

Xu Mengyan worked as a junior design assistant at a small jewelry company. Hoping for better prospects, she entered an international competition, only to be sabotaged by her boss. The competition was ruined and she lost her job. She went to a bar to drink away her sorrows, got drugged, and ended up having a one-night stand with a stranger. The next morning she didn’t dare take a proper look at the person lying beside her; she hastily put on her clothes and fled.

Later she joined a new company as an ordinary clerk. Not long afterward the design director position that had been vacant for a month was filled by a well-known designer who had won many international awards.
