The drug’s effects faded with time. At five in the morning, while the sky was still heavy and dark, Xu Mengyan was woken by a full-body ache. Without waiting for Han Shu to say anything else, Bai Jingbing hung up immediately. When she got out of bed she couldn’t help looking down at her soft, limp thing. “Only nineteen—back off. Don’t touch the flowers of the motherland.” Bai Jingbing shot her a sideways glance. She knew Han Shu wouldn’t let that flower go, but as a friend she still had to advise a couple more times so she wouldn’t be too promiscuous and catch some disease.

“I quite like her. Who knows, maybe she and I can last a long time.” After saying it herself, Han Shu guiltily glanced away. Alphas and Omegas who came to bars—how could it last long? Everyone came to bars to hunt.
