A Tsundere Beauty Omega is Stubborn but Sweet - Chapter 9
The sky had long since darkened. The evening wind was chilly, and when it blew over exposed skin, it raised a wave of goosebumps.
Zhou Muxian knocked on the door again. Seeing that no one still came to open it, she suddenly remembered that Yu You was in her WeChat contacts. She hurriedly opened Yu You’s Moments and checked. Good. She had not deleted her WeChat.
She crouched on the ground, her back pressed tightly against the cold front door. She pulled part of her jacket zipper open, revealing her snow-white neck, swept all her smooth, long, straight black hair to one side, then raised her phone high and took a photo.
In the photo, Zhou Muxian was shivering from the cold, her eyes watery with tears. The wind even lifted her long hair, making her look exactly like an innocent puppy that had been kicked out of the house.
Zhou Muxian immediately sent the photo to Yu You.

Ding-ding—
The notification sound of a WeChat message came from behind the door. Before Zhou Muxian could react, the front door she was leaning against suddenly creaked open.
She toppled to the ground without warning.
Yu You had a cold expression. Without even looking at her, she stepped straight over her body and irritably threw down one sentence. “Heh. Don’t overthink it. I didn’t come here especially to open the door for you. I’m going to water the flowers.”
Zhou Muxian propped herself up and sat up. Seeing that Yu You really was carrying a watering can to water the blooming begonias, she looked at her thin nightdress swaying in the evening wind. No matter how she looked at it, Yu You did not seem like someone who had been planning to water flowers.
Zhou Muxian took a cashmere shawl from the living room and quickly walked toward the person still watering the flowers.
Yu You heard the movement and secretly glanced over from the corner of her eye. She avoided Zhou Muxian’s attempt to hand her the shawl, threw down the watering can without another word, and turned to leave.
Zhou Muxian followed her step by step, but did not say a single word. She followed her all the way into the house, just as Yu You was about to go upstairs.
Yu You took two steps, then suddenly stopped. She turned back and glared fiercely at Zhou Muxian, who was busy closing the door. “Don’t you have anything to say?”
Zhou Muxian inhaled and hesitated. “Princess Fenxiang and I…”
Before the words even landed, Yu You charged over aggressively. Her outstretched finger poked viciously into Zhou Muxian’s shoulder as she scolded her with each poke. “You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you! You’re still making excuses!!!”
“I’m not making excuses.”
Zhou Muxian looked at her blankly. But in the next second, when she wanted to explain, she truly did not know how to explain. Troubled, she turned her head to the side.
Seeing this, Yu You became even angrier and started scolding her on the spot. “Who was it that kept telling me she had let go right then, that she sobered up immediately? And who insisted on dragging me to the Civil Affairs Bureau and telling me I had to learn how to tell sincerity apart? It was all fake! You just wanted me to give up on Princess Fenxiang so you could have her all to yourself, didn’t you!”
“No… I…”
Zhou Muxian truly had no way to defend herself. Was she supposed to tell Yu You the truth?
But the matter had not happened yet. If she just blurted it out like that, whether Yu You would believe her was one thing. If it affected her ability to reverse the plot, that would be bad.
“What do you mean no? It is! It is! This morning, when I saw that you didn’t use the family car and insisted on going outside to hail a taxi, I already felt something was wrong. I followed you the whole way, and sure enough, there was a problem!
“Well done, Zhou Muxian! You really know how to pretend! I really almost fell for your trick!”
The more Yu You spoke, the more agitated she became. The daisy fragrance in the air once again exceeded the safe level. Zhou Muxian closed her eyes with difficulty, restraining herself against this faint, elusive pheromone temptation that was hard to guard against.
From her pocket, she slowly took out an Omega suppressant and carefully looked at Yu You. “Do you want an injection?”
An Omega’s heat period usually came once a month. Depending on the person, it lasted five to seven days. During the heat cycle, it was irregular, uncontrollable, and impossible to predict when the heat would flare up or how intense it would be.
During the day, Yu You had already gone into heat once at the bar. According to usual patterns, she should at least not enter heat again until tomorrow. Unexpectedly, less than ten hours had passed, and she was going into heat again.
Yu You felt somewhat embarrassed. She snorted coldly, turned around, and went upstairs.
Zhou Muxian quickly placed an order on her phone for delivery of a white chocolate ice cream cake. Once the delivery rider brought the cake over, she placed the cake and a large handful of suppressants at Yu You’s bedroom door.
Knock, knock, knock—
After knocking on the door, Zhou Muxian hurried a few steps away and slipped into her own room. Seeing that Yu You did not open the door, she went back to knock twice more, then slipped back into her room again and watched the movement through the crack of the door.
Creak—
This time, Yu You did open the door. Her angry little face turned around the corridor once before finally landing on the floor.
After seeing the things on the ground clearly, she froze for a few seconds, then suddenly raised her head to look toward Zhou Muxian’s room. Zhou Muxian hurriedly shut the door.
Hearing Yu You’s room door close soon afterward, Zhou Muxian finally cracked her door open again. Unexpectedly, that furious face was right outside the door.
A pair of lively eyes stared at her without moving.
Zhou Muxian’s heart shook from fright. Instinctively, she opened the door generously and tried hard to squeeze out an obedient smile. “Sister~”
Yu You crossed her arms over her chest and squeezed past Zhou Muxian irritably. Her shoulder mercilessly knocked Zhou Muxian’s shoulder aside as she swaggered into the room.
“Oh well, there’s no helping it. Who told me I’m your older sister? Since you don’t understand reason and got blinded by a scummy woman, I guess I can only teach you myself.”
As Yu You spoke, she turned around neatly and sat down at the edge of the bed with one leg crossed over the other. Half of her slender calf peeked out from beneath her silky nightdress, making one instinctively look over.
Seeing that Yu You was willing to give her a way out, Zhou Muxian hurriedly leaned closer and followed her words with a smile. “Then please enlighten me, Sister. Your little sister is all ears.”
“Then let’s record a video.” As Yu You spoke, she took out her phone and aimed the camera at Zhou Muxian.
Zhou Muxian was a little confused. “What video?”
“In the video, swear that you’ll never go looking for Princess Fenxiang again. Say that if you go looking for Princess Fenxiang again, then you’ll…”
At this point, Yu You lowered her head and sank into thought, as if she had not yet decided how to punish this disobedient little sister when the time came.
Zhou Muxian did not want to miss this chance to make peace, but she was also somewhat worried that Yu You might say something like making her leave this family, or some other terrible punishment.
“Mm…” After a long silence, Yu You finally raised her head. “You’ll learn to bark like a dog.”
“Ah, what?!”
Zhou Muxian’s cheeks instantly flushed red. Making an Alpha like her bark like a dog was simply too humiliating. If she really did bark like a dog one day, would Yu You even post the video online?
Seeing refusal written all over her face, Yu You’s anger immediately surged up again. She jumped up with a smack. “What are you afraid of?! Only someone who still wants to go looking for Princess Fenxiang would be afraid! Do you still want to go looking for Princess Fenxiang?!”
“I…”
Zhou Muxian was momentarily speechless. Smelling the faint daisy fragrance in the room, her cheeks grew even redder, even faintly hot.
She avoided Yu You’s fixed gaze and turned her head aside, speaking with difficulty. “Then… there’s also the situation where Princess Fenxiang insists on coming to find me. How would that count?”
“That’s counted separately. What I’m talking about now is you never going to find her again.” Yu You was actually easier to talk to than Zhou Muxian had imagined.
Zhou Muxian thought about it. It seemed she no longer had any reason to refuse, so she nodded. “Fine.”
Seeing her scheme succeed, Yu You laughed happily and aimed the phone camera at Zhou Muxian. “Then say it. We’ll use the video as proof.”
Zhou Muxian awkwardly raised her head, lifted her hand toward the camera, and swore, “If I go looking for Princess Fenxiang again, then I’ll bark like a dog.”
Yu You was perfectly satisfied and was about to put her phone away. Unexpectedly, Zhou Muxian grabbed her wrist. Yu You looked up in surprise, and the phone had already ended up in Zhou Muxian’s hand.
This time, the phone camera was aimed at Yu You.
“Sister should record one too.” Zhou Muxian held the phone with a grin. Her face showed not the slightest bad intention, but it still made Yu You instinctively become wary.
The corner of Yu You’s mouth twitched, and she raised her chin. “I’m not barking like a dog.”
Zhou Muxian was still smiling. “I don’t want Sister to bark like a dog. I want Sister to do something else.”
“What?” Yu You asked curiously.
“If Sister goes looking for Princess Fenxiang, then you have to kiss me twice, and while kissing me, you have to say, ‘Good little sister, Sister was wrong.’”
Zhou Muxian was bold enough to say this out loud, but Yu You was too embarrassed to properly listen. Her body froze on the spot, and she looked as if she had been struck by lightning.
Only after she came back to her senses did Yu You arrogantly reach out and poke Zhou Muxian’s chest. “You need to understand your own identity. You’re an Omega. Even if I’m very charming, you still can’t like me.”
“It’s just a punishment. Is Sister scared?” Zhou Muxian blinked. Her innocent eyes carried a bit of slyness and the look of someone waiting to enjoy a show.
Yu You hated being looked down on by Zhou Muxian the most. She immediately agreed without hesitation. “I’ll say it then. I’m not afraid. When I said I let go, I meant I let go. I won’t go looking for Princess Fenxiang. Unlike certain people, who say nice things with their mouths but can’t actually do them.”
“Then go ahead.”
Yu You forced herself to appear relaxed and indifferent in front of the camera, but at some point, her face had quietly become flushed.
Her words also became stammered.
“If—if I go looking for Princess Fenxiang, I—I’ll kiss you once…”
“Twice,” Zhou Muxian corrected.
The blush on Yu You’s face could not help deepening another layer. She took a deep breath, wearing a fierce expression as if she had decided to risk everything. “If I go looking for Princess Fenxiang, I’ll kiss you twice! And while kissing you, I’ll say, ‘Good little sister, Sister was wrong!’ Is that fine now?!”
After Yu You finished saying this, even her neck had turned completely red. Irritably, she snatched the phone back and pretended to leave in a hurry, though in truth, she fled Zhou Muxian’s room in embarrassment.
After returning to her own room, Yu You waited until her emotions had calmed down. Then she chuckled and hurriedly deleted the video of herself from her phone.
After all, the videos had been filmed on her phone.
Now there was no evidence at all.
