Lu Yaoyi looked at the time on her phone. “My mom is going to go shopping at the mall later. I’ll just pretend to be coming back from outside when she leaves.”

Jiang Youli: “Mhm, that’s a good idea once Aunt Lu leaves.”

Lu Yaoyi looked down at Jiang Youli. “Jiang Youli.”

Jiang Youli: “Huh?”

Lu Yaoyi: “My mom is back now.”

Jiang Youli: “What’s wrong?”

Lu Yaoyi: “Will you… will you move back today?”

Jiang Youli was slightly taken aback.
