An Muxue’s eyelashes trembled with tension as she kept her eyes closed. Soon, Lin Yue moved, but she didn’t pull her closer as An Muxue had expected. Instead, she let go and got out of bed.

The space beside her was suddenly empty, and the sandalwood scent dissipated significantly.

An Muxue: “…?”

After waiting for a long time, Lin Yue didn’t come back.

She couldn’t have gone back to her books again, could she?

Lin Yue had indeed returned to the desk, intending to cool off. She couldn’t repeat a mistake she’d already made. After a while, she heard the sound of An Muxue forcefully pulling the covers over herself and tossing over.

Since they were finally going to the springs, Lin Yue changed into a deep blue one-piece swimsuit. It looked like a standard student style. She had a slender, well-proportioned, and firm figure. While she wasn’t particularly curvaceous, her waist was very thin, and her legs were pale and long.

Lin Yue looked up, first seeing a row of wine bottles on the screen, then feeling dizzy at the prices. So, so expensive!

Lin Yue tilted her head in confusion. An Muxue gave Xiao Zhi a light glare. “Order her a glass of juice.”

The others soon started a shopping spree. Watching them click away effortlessly, Lin Yue didn’t dare look at the prices and simply got up to head to the spring. She shed her towel, waded into the warm water, and leaned against the edge of the pool to look at the scenery below.

It was truly beautiful—a high-altitude view she had never experienced before. If she hadn’t met An Muxue… she probably wouldn’t have had the chance to visit such a place for a very long time.

An Muxue kept part of her attention on Lin Yue. Watching her look around like a curious baby, her graceful silhouette blending with the mountain scenery, was strangely pleasing to the eye.

However, a moment later, she saw a girl strike up a conversation with Lin Yue.

“?” An Muxue’s brow furrowed.

“We’re back!” Xiao Zhi and the others returned from a trip to the mall, but they had brought two “tails” with them—two young Alphas. People who came here were usually rich or influential, and their looks and clothing weren’t bad. They had been struck by Xiao Zhi’s beauty and followed her, chatting.

They never expected to see An Muxue at the lounge. Even with a hat and sunglasses, her posture and aura made her identity obvious. The two men looked as if they had won the lottery; throwing aside all shame, they insisted on joining the table.

An Muxue huffed. “I’m not going back.”

“But I still want to give you the treatment…”

Acting spoiled again. An Muxue’s ears turned red. Swayed by her words, she was about to give in and leave.

The two Alphas felt like the sky was falling. They had finally gotten her attention; how could she leave after only a few words?

“She looks like she doesn’t want to go. Don’t force her,” one of the guys said, trying to act like a champion of justice.

But An Muxue’s face went cold, and she pulled Lin Yue behind her. “Who said I don’t want to go? Why are you being so aggressive toward her?”

“Pfft.” An Qi laughed. She never knew her sister could be so “double-standard.”

The guy was stunned and didn’t dare say another word.

Lin Yue finally led An Muxue to the nearby changing rooms. These luxury rooms were private, equipped with showers. Once the door was closed, they were alone. It felt like a subtle, private space within a public area.

Lin Yue walked to the very back and even closed the shower stall door before kissing An Muxue. Although they had kissed many times, this felt different. Perhaps it was because they were both in swimwear, or perhaps it was because of the missed treatment from the night before.

Lin Yue felt An Muxue’s floral scent release exceptionally fast. With her eyes closed, the star’s pale cheeks soon flushed, and she even proactively wrapped her arms around Lin Yue’s neck. Lin Yue, too, was intoxicated by the soft, sweet fragrance. Her hand naturally settled on An Muxue’s waist.

An Muxue let out a small sound and her face turned redder. Her eyelashes fluttered. She had thought before that Lin Yue had nice hands—pale and with well-defined joints—but now she realized her palms felt like they carried an electric charge.

As Lin Yue’s hand moved up her back, An Muxue’s limbs grew softer. When Lin Yue touched the back of her neck, An Muxue’s ears turned scarlet, and she nearly lost her footing. The floral vines in the air wrapped tightly around Lin Yue, slowly opening up in total honesty, rubbing against her urgently.

An Muxue felt embarrassed by how proactive her pheromones were… but she couldn’t stop them.

Lin Yue was a bit dazed by the thick fragrance and accidentally pushed An Muxue against the wall.
