Chapter 37

The long nightgown draped down, covering her face along with her eyes.

The nightgown was made of thin, white, transparent fabric. With the light shining from behind, everything was visible with startling clarity.

From her nose to her eyes, it was impossible for Ming Ruixue not to see. She could only squeeze her eyes shut tightly, her hands pinned beneath Si Xia’s kneeling knees.

For a fleeting second, Ming Ruixue’s warm breath fanned out. Unable to bear the ticklish sensation, Si Xia reached out and pinched Ming Ruixue’s nose.

With both her mouth and nose blocked, Ming Ruixue struggled to pull her hands free, but Si Xia possessed an unknown strength and pinned her down firmly.

After thirty seconds of deadlock, Ming Ruixue faced a total collapse of her defenses. As she opened her mouth to gasp for air, she swallowed a large mouthful of “freshly squeezed juice.”

Si Xia whimpered and twisted her waist, tossing the plastic wrap aside. As the comforting scent of catnip invaded her senses, she let out happy little meows.

Ming Ruixue: “…”

She struggled to pull her hands out.

The more she struggled, the harder Si Xia pressed down. Ming Ruixue was nearly smothered to the point of respiratory distress; she panted heavily and even used her teeth to deliberately nip at the “fruit pulp.”

“Meow!” Only when Si Xia felt the pain did she slowly move down, looking at Ming Ruixue with tearful eyes. “It hurts.”

With her hands finally free, Ming Ruixue propped herself up on the sofa with her elbows. Her body created a slope, and Si Xia cried out as she slid backward.

Ming Ruixue quickly bent her knees to block her. As she sat up, she caught a glimpse of something pink and tender.

In the chaos, Si Xia’s hem had ridden up. Ming Ruixue turned her face away and grabbed a nearby blanket to drape over her.

“Si Xia, go to the bed to sleep.” Ming Ruixue didn’t look at her. The sofa was narrow; if she moved, Si Xia would fall off.

Furthermore, in this current situation, Ming Ruixue didn’t dare move for fear of touching her.

Si Xia leaned down, slumped limply against her, and acted spoiled. “Sister, it hurts.”

She had indeed used force just now. After a bite or two, Ming Ruixue also knew she had gone too far.

“I’m sorry. It won’t hurt after you sleep.”

Who would believe such words at a time like this? Certainly not a drunken kitten.

Si Xia looped her arms around Ming Ruixue’s neck. “Sister, blow on it, then it won’t hurt.”

Ming Ruixue shifted backward. “No.”

Si Xia followed her upward. “Then Sister, rub it.”

Ming Ruixue was going crazy. “Go to sleep right now. Whatever you say, it’s impossible.”

After being tossed around several times in one night, all of Ming Ruixue’s energy had been spent dealing with her.

Si Xia refused to get down, so Ming Ruixue had to use force. She gripped Si Xia above the knees—the Omega was very thin, and Ming could encircle her leg with one hand—and moved her onto the sofa.

Ignoring Si Xia’s piteous gaze, Ming Ruixue picked up the remaining clothes on [Read on BaiLianTales]the sofa. “Put these on, be good.”

“I won’t.” Si Xia climbed off the sofa and ran over to nuzzle her relentlessly. “Sister, I’m uncomfortable.”

Ming Ruixue retreated several steps until they both fell into the large bed behind them.

Si Xia seized the initiative. She had learned her lesson this time and wouldn’t let Ming Ruixue get up until she agreed.

Si Xia’s cat tail perked up and brushed over Ming’s legs repeatedly. Ming Ruixue lifted her slender neck, enduring to her absolute limit. “If I don’t help you tonight, do you plan on never sleeping?”

Si Xia gave a soft, muffled “Mhm.” “It’s too uncomfortable to sleep.”

Exactly how much had the kitten drunk? How much longer was this cat heat going to last?

Ming Ruixue sank powerlessly into the soft mattress. “Si Xia, I can help you.”

Si Xia’s eyes immediately lit up.

Ming Ruixue hadn’t finished. “But we have to write it down in black and white, so you don’t blame me when you sober up tomorrow.”

Si Xia’s cheeks were red. “Sister, I won’t blame you.”

“Words are useless. Get up first; I’ll go find paper.”

Ming Ruixue found paper and a pen in a drawer, along with a red lipstick. She handed them to Si Xia. “Write down how you want me to help you. Sign it and leave a thumbprint. You’re not allowed to deny it tomorrow morning.”

“Mhm, mhm.” Si Xia took the pen and wrote seriously. She wrote several items in a row, but the characters were crooked and shaky. Though ugly, they were barely legible. After all, it’s impressive enough that a drunk person can write at all.

After the thumbprint was pressed, Ming Ruixue picked up the paper. Looking at it, she realized these tasks couldn’t be finished in a single night.

Ming Ruixue flexed her wrists and pointed to a line of text. “Si Xia, if I finish this one, my hand will be ruined. And this one—I might as well lose my mouth.”

“I don’t care, I already wrote it.” Si Xia tossed the paper onto the nightstand. She pulled off her remaining pajamas and crawled into Ming Ruixue’s nightgown. “Sister, I won’t go back on my word.”

The two of them shared the same nightgown, facing each other smoothly.

Ming Ruixue fell backward unexpectedly. Si Xia wrapped her arms around Ming’s waist, refusing to let go.

Pressed to the point of breathlessness, Ming Ruixue moved Si Xia’s head to the side, letting her rest on Ming’s arm. Si Xia refused, burying her face into Ming’s chest like a spoiled child.

Ming Ruixue was truly going to lose her mind. Could someone tell her why a kitten is like this when she’s drunk?

Their burning body temperatures collided. Ming Ruixue felt the heat, and a restlessness hidden deep in her heart was about to surge up.

She had originally intended to move Si Xia out once she fell asleep. To her surprise, after five minutes, Si Xia hadn’t slept at all. She even hooked a leg over Ming’s and invited her: “Sister, let’s begin.”

Black and white, signed and sealed.

Ming Ruixue bit her lip. She shouldn’t have agreed to help; Si Xia’s demands were far too many and too long.

As her thoughts battled, Ming Ruixue’s heart skipped a beat. When she didn’t move, Si Xia took her hand and led it downward.

Ming Ruixue: “…”

A cat in heat is scorching inside. Si Xia reminded Ming Ruixue, “Sister, it has to be the whole night.”

Ming Ruixue: “…” My hand is going to break.

When Si Xia found the plastic wrap in the kitchen, she had also brought a navel orange from the fridge. A navel orange freshly picked from the tree, succulent and juicy.

With a red face, Si Xia placed the orange in Ming Ruixue’s palm. “Sister, peel it…”

There are many ways to eat a navel orange: you can juice it or eat the pulp. Ming Ruixue liked a glass of freshly squeezed juice every day.

The skin of a navel orange is thin but clings to the pulp. It requires manual “kneading” to separate the thin skin from the flesh; only then can one eat the delicious fruit. Ming Ruixue used her palm to gently rub in circles until she heard the sound of the juice colliding inside.

She carefully peeled away the soft outer skin, revealing the fresh pulp. One cannot be impatient while peeling. Ming Ruixue was clearly rushed and accidentally nicked the pulp. Si Xia hummed, “Sister, you broke it.”

“I’m sorry… I’m too clumsy.”

Fine sweat broke out on Ming Ruixue’s face. She couldn’t even peel an orange properly; she was also anxious.

After much effort, the thin skin was peeled away. Ming Ruixue reached the pulp. She couldn’t eat it in one bite; with total patience, she separated the pulp bit by bit, grinding it layer by layer into the core.

Finally, she tasted the fresh pulp.

All the oranges in the fridge had been peeled. Ming Ruixue hadn’t slept all night. Between juicing and eating pulp, she was exhausted and dazed.

Ming Ruixue drifted off into a muddled sleep, her head nodding until she startled awake, her hand movements continuing by reflex.

Throughout the night, the juice had been squeezed dry.

The manual juicer pressed down, but it was a grueling, difficult task; not another drop of juice could be squeezed out. Ming Ruixue was a stubborn person; even if no juice came out, she insisted on juicing. The jarring juicing motions startled Si Xia awake from her sleep.

Si Xia whimpered and slowly opened her eyes.

The scene before her was both strange and familiar. Si Xia rubbed her aching forehead. She remembered going out to drink with Wanwan last night. Halfway through, she encountered Ming Ruixue at the bar, sitting in the VIP booth opposite them. Ming Ruixue had been smiling as she admired an Omega’s graceful dancing, and then—

The subsequent events were shattered into fragments in her mind.

However, Si Xia suddenly recalled that the decor of this room looked like Ming Ruixue’s home.

What is going on?!

How could she be at Ming Ruixue’s house? Furthermore, she was lying in Ming Ruixue’s bed! And the person lying behind her was Ming Ruixue!

Si Xia’s heart nearly stopped beating. Just as she was about to move, someone embraced her from behind, pulling her closer into their arms. Something soft seemed to press against her.

Si Xia’s pupils shook with shock. This smooth yet “textured” sensation… they couldn’t be wearing nothing…

Si Xia re-evaluated her current situation. She looked down and found her nightgown was very tight. Her hand reached back tentatively—there was warm body heat, and further back, a taut nightgown.

Si Xia withdrew her hand tremblingly. “…”

They were wearing a single nightgown.

How could this happen!!!

What made Si Xia collapse even more was discovering that she was resting on Ming Ruixue’s arm, while Ming Ruixue’s arm hung down from the front of her body, tucked between her legs.

As soon as Si Xia moved, Ming Ruixue began the arduous task of “juicing.”

Si Xia’s body rocked rhythmically, trembling with pain.

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
