After the Fake Young Master Ran Away with His Child, the Villain Went Crazy - Chapter 6
Jing Ruan was sent home by Yan Yi He’s people.
After Jing Ruan entered the house, the steward asked him about the entire dinner. Jing Ruan did not dare tell the truth. He only said that he had gotten a card from having one meal.
A few days later, Yan Jin took the initiative to call and ask whether Jing Ruan had been in contact with Yan Yi He. Yan Jin did not say it too directly. After all, many people had already learned the news that Yan Yi He had gone out alone and eaten dinner with Jing Ruan.
From adulthood until now, Yan Yi He had never had any scandals around him, nor had he ever shared dinner alone with anyone.
The people who wanted to curry favor with Yan Yi He and climb up through him were as numerous as fish crossing the river.
But no one had ever had the chance, because they did not even have the opportunity to meet him once, let alone speak with him for a while.
There were too many people around Yan Yi He protecting him. Every time he went out, there were many people with him. No one could break through layer after layer of defense and walk up to him.
Unless he took the initiative, or unless he was willing to let someone in.
Jing Ruan repeated to Yan Jin what he had previously told the steward. Yan Jin fell silent for a long time on the other end of the phone before finally saying congratulations. Jing Ruan replied with a thank you, and just as he wanted to say something more, the other party hung up.
After Jing Ruan hung up, he stared blankly ahead. He was still taking lessons, but the lessons had changed from cultural courses to courses on figuring out men’s psychology, courses on seducing someone into liking him more.
Jing Ruan failed every time and grew sleepy listening.
The teacher giving him lessons was a cool, distant-looking male teacher. Every movement he made carried a seductive allure. Sometimes Jing Ruan stared at the teacher in a daze for so long that he had no idea what the teacher was saying.
“Young Master Jing, are you listening?”
Jing Ruan hurriedly snapped back to himself, sat upright, and indicated that he was listening.
“Young Master, someone like Mr. Yan is rational, so you cannot treat him the way you would an ordinary person. He lacks nothing, and he also won’t care for someone who plays hard to get. Now that Mr. Yan has clearly expressed interest in you, we need to take advantage of this period to deepen his interest in you.”
“When a man is stripped of every halo around him, his base nature is still that of a man. Young Master, you need to think of a way to pull Mr. Yan into bed with you. One day as husband and wife means a hundred days of affection. Try to prolong Mr. Yan’s interest in you as much as possible.”
“Love and desire—neither can be missing.”
“If there is liking but no desire, you will soon be discarded.”
Jing Ruan listened while his thoughts wandered. He thought the steward and teacher sounded like the heads of those pimps in his old district. Although the Lower Fifth District was filthy, chaotic, awful, and dangerous, there were a lot of people there. If one wanted to find a few good-looking people, one could always find them.
When Jing Ruan was eleven and hiding in the cellar, he heard that the older boy next door had been kidnapped by local thugs. They said he was being taken as an offering to the boss of the Lower Fifth District.
That older boy was only sixteen. Like Jing Ruan, he had spent his days hiding here and there. Jing Ruan had still been young and had not yet grown into his features. On top of that, his grandmother often could not find food, so Jing Ruan had been terribly thin, with skin stretched over bone. He was not very good-looking.
That older boy’s father was young and knew how to fight, so he found a little more food. Because of that, the older boy had more flesh on him than Jing Ruan did. His father had never expected that desperately trying to keep his son fed would also harm him.
In truth, Jing Ruan did not reject the idea of attaching himself to Yan Yi He.
He had money. An incredible amount of money. He was even more powerful and richer than the male lead. He could let Jing Ruan live a good life. At the same time, the most important thing was that Yan Yi He had discovered he was not the original person.
After half a month of crash training, Jing Ruan finally managed to stuff a little something into his head. During this period, Yan Yi He never called him. It was only after another three days had passed that Yan Yi He finally called Jing Ruan and said he was inviting him to watch horse racing.
The steward swiftly dressed Jing Ruan up and sent him into the car.
Jing Ruan looked at his fitted long pants and the slightly scheming top he was wearing. Under bright light, the top would faintly reveal his waistline. There were tiny openings at the sides of the waist, showing glimpses of fair skin.
The racecourse was a little far away. The car drove for more than an hour. Jing Ruan grew bored sitting there, so he played Snake and a match-three game on his phone. Most of the time, he played Snake, since it did not require much thinking.
The match-three game was fine in the earlier levels, but later on, it required using his brain. Jing Ruan could not pass no matter what. After failing too many times, he even got angry with himself, though he did not know what exactly he was angry about.
They arrived at the racecourse. After the car stopped, someone led Jing Ruan over. As usual, he went through an inspection. After they confirmed it was safe, Jing Ruan was brought to Yan Yi He’s side.
Yan Yi He was sitting by the high viewing platform. There were two people beside him who looked somewhat familiar, but Jing Ruan could not recognize who they were.
Chen Fu looked at Jing Ruan as he was led over, nodded slightly, then left consciously with Mu Yu Ce.
Yan Yi He’s gaze fell on Jing Ruan.
The Jing family had indeed put in some effort.
“Sit.”
Yan Yi He indicated for Jing Ruan to sit beside him. As he watched the horse race, he quietly asked what Jing Ruan had been doing recently.
“Taking lessons.”
Jing Ruan answered with a bitter expression. He truly did not like studying. Or perhaps it should be said that he had no talent for it.
“What lessons? I remember that after you finished your third year of high school, you stopped going to school. Management lessons?”
Yan Yi He had long since seen the real Jing Ruan’s information. This one should be a fake Young Master Jing. He did not know where the other party had found such a person and sent him over to please him.
Seeing that there was no one else around, and that the bodyguards were standing far away, Jing Ruan honestly told him everything about the course content he had been studying recently.
“The steward and teacher told me to learn how to attach myself to you, and they also told me to find a way to sleep with you. That way, we can get more benefits.”
When Jing Ruan said this, his eyes were clear, without the slightest embarrassment, as if he were discussing what they were eating today.
There was a smile at the corners of Yan Yi He’s eyes as he asked him,
“Then how well did you learn?”
“The teacher said he didn’t want to teach me and told the steward to hire someone better. Only after the steward added more money did the teacher agree to stay.”
Yan Yi He patted his own thigh, indicating for Jing Ruan to sit on it. Jing Ruan hesitated for a few seconds before sitting down.
After Jing Ruan sat on him, he thought of what the teacher had taught him. He reached out and wrapped his arms around Yan Yi He’s neck, then leaned his head against the side of Yan Yi He’s neck like a delicate little bird relying on someone.
Jing Ruan’s body was stiff and straight. What he had learned came out completely wrong.
Yan Yi He held him and laughed so hard that he trembled slightly.
Seeing him laugh so much, Jing Ruan lifted his head to look at Yan Yi He and asked unhappily,
“What are you laughing at? I studied for half a month.”
Yan Yi He restrained his laughter, lowered his head, and moved close to Jing Ruan’s earlobe.
“You learned well. I’ll pay the tuition for finding the teacher. Have him teach you properly.”
“Really? Then do I get a reward this time?”
The first thing Jing Ruan cared about was his benefit.
Yan Yi He’s right hand slipped under Jing Ruan’s clothes.
His hand gently rubbed his lower abdomen, then moved upward.
When his fingers reached that little red bud, his fingertip pressed down.
“Little mouse, you’re quite greedy. Didn’t your teacher teach you to proceed slowly?”
The spot he pressed felt numb and tingling. It felt a little strange, so Jing Ruan instinctively placed his hand over Yan Yi He’s right wrist to stop his movement.
Instead, Yan Yi He took advantage of Jing Ruan’s attempt to stop him and pinched him.
Jing Ruan did not dare stop him anymore and withdrew his hand.
“So obedient.”
Yan Yi He narrowed his eyes slightly, splitting his attention as he watched the racetrack.
Jing Ruan sat on Yan Yi He’s lap in this posture. Jing Ruan felt as though that patch of skin was about to break. It hurt terribly, but he did not dare make a sound.
Jing Ruan did not take in the horse race at all. It was only when the race ended that Yan Yi He finally let go. He instructed the nearby bodyguard to send Jing Ruan back.
As soon as Jing Ruan left, Chen Fu and Mu Yu Ce came over.
The two teased Yan Yi He, laughing that he was in such fine spirits.
Yan Yi He called for someone to bring hot water. He carefully washed his hands, and only after drying them with a handkerchief did he reply to them.
“Watching horse races is dull. I merely added a little amusement.”
Chen Fu could not imagine what Yan Yi He would look like if he were moved by love or desire. He knew Yan Yi He was not lying. Toward the young man who had just come, Yan Yi He had merely called him over to pass the time and tease for fun.
They were all men. Today was hot, so for convenience, they were all dressed thinly. If Yan Yi He had felt desire, there would inevitably have been some sign of it. Yet at this moment, Yan Yi He’s clothes were neat and proper, without the slightest thing out of place.
A man’s liking was mixed with desire.
Yan Yi He felt no desire toward that young man just now.
Jing Ruan naturally did not know any of this. After he returned, the teacher asked him about the details. The teacher thought Jing Ruan had done as instructed and had stirred Yan Yi He’s interest.
From that day on, the steward’s attitude toward Jing Ruan also became much more attentive. Every day, the kitchen made dishes for him in different ways. Jing Ruan also received a card from the steward, who said it was for him to use.
Jing Ruan looked at the three cards placed under his pillow.
One was from Yan Jin. One was from Yan Yi He. The last was from the steward. The other two had given him benefits because of Yan Yi He.
With these three cards, Jing Ruan told the steward he wanted to go out and buy things. From the time he transmigrated here until now, he had never gone shopping at a mall, because he did not know the password to the original owner’s card, so he had never made any large purchases.
The steward had the driver take Jing Ruan to the most prosperous shopping mall.
After Jing Ruan went inside, he was dazzled by the choices. Whatever caught his eye, he bought. He walked through the entire mall from beginning to end, behaving completely like a nouveau riche.
After he finished buying things, someone would deliver them to his door. Jing Ruan sat in the rest area, happily holding a cup of milk tea loaded with extra toppings.
Many people around him were secretly sizing him up.
Jing Ruan was the first person who could get close to Yan Yi He. These people were all observing and analyzing him, trying to figure out Yan Yi He’s preferences in hopes that they could copy someone similar and send them to Yan Yi He’s side.
After analyzing him, they all found it somewhat hard to believe.
Someone like Jing Ruan was greedy for money, intoxicated by petty success, and would float into the clouds the moment he had a little money. He did not have much intelligence. It was simply astonishing.
Jing Ruan knew nothing about those assessing gazes. He only thought the people around him were envious because he had money and spent it so generously, so he walked with his back even straighter.
When he left the mall entrance, Jing Ruan ran into Yan Jin and Tao Wan.
“Brother Yan, Sister Tao!”
Jing Ruan trotted over. He had no friends in this world, so he was very happy to see them. He ran until a thin layer of sweat appeared on his face.
“Jing Ruan.”
Yan Jin greeted him.
Tao Wan smiled and asked Jing Ruan what he had come to buy. Jing Ruan patted his chest and said he bought everything. He also said that if Sister Tao wanted to buy anything, he could pay for her. He had a lot of money now.
Unlike others, Tao Wan did not think Jing Ruan was snobbish. She felt Jing Ruan had merely been guided wrongly and taught badly, so she intended to give him a couple of reminders.
“Jing Ruan, only money you earn yourself can be spent with peace of mind. If someone else gives it to you, you have to bend your waist, or even kneel, to accept that money. A person cannot lose their true self. Otherwise, by the end, you won’t even recognize yourself.”
Jing Ruan liked Tao Wan very much. He only half understood what she said. Yan Jin, beside them, looked at Tao Wan with admiration in his eyes.
Just as Tao Wan was about to persuade him further, she suddenly heard someone clapping behind her. She turned back to look and saw a tall, slender man walking over at an unhurried pace, with quite a few people following behind him.
“Miss Tao, you truly have backbone.”
Yan Yi He smiled as he walked to Jing Ruan’s side.
“I had no idea money could be divided into high and low, noble and lowly.”
“I hope Miss Tao never has a day when she is forced to bend for money, and that you can forever hold fast to your true self.”
After saying this meaningfully and playfully, Yan Yi He took Jing Ruan away.
Yan Jin listened to those words, so full of deeper meaning, and frowned. He turned back to look at Tao Wan, somewhat worried.
If Jing Ruan followed that man, he feared he would only learn to become worse and worse.
Yan Jin had heard about Jing Ruan’s matter recently as well. Judging by that person’s attitude just now, he was clearly indulging Jing Ruan, then magnifying Jing Ruan’s desires.
